Description

Whether you’re considering a future role as a department head, dean, instructional coach, or building-level administrator, this training offers a supportive, reflective space to explore your leadership readiness—without pressure or expectation to step into a role immediately.

Participants will engage in guided self-assessment, dialogue, and real-world scenarios to better understand their strengths, growth areas, and leadership potential.

If you’ve ever thought, “I might be interested in leadership, but I’m not sure I’m ready,” this experience is designed for you.

This training is not about fast-tracking positions—it’s about building clarity, confidence, and capacity so New Hampshire’s schools continue to be led by thoughtful, prepared educators.

Leadership competencies addressed in this session:

1. Self-Awareness & Mindset:

    How you think, reflect, and grow as a leader.

2. Relationships & Communication:

    How you connect, listen, influence, and navigate challenges with others.

3. Judgment & Adaptability:
