A 3-day Series for School Administrators DESCRIPTION:January 22\, 2021: How Do I Lead the Work? You can't do this alone! Leave with a plan for creating these important foundational steps for a competency-based system. March 12\, 2021: Shifting to a CBL System? Where Do We Start? Making the shift to a competency-based system of learning can seem overwhelming. But through our facilitated reflection of the seven design principles and the examination of the principal's\, and other building leaders' roles\, your team can leave with a focused plan that will provide you with the pathway to move forward in meeting the needs of ALL learners in your school. April 9\, 2021: How Did We Do and Where Do We Go from Here?Reflection is critical for all learners. This session will allow building leaders to participate in a guided reflective process to determine next steps by focusing on what went well (and what may have been a struggle).
