Empowering Assistant Principals: Navigating Complex Challenges in Today’s Evolving Education Landscape
This interactive event will provide APs with the tools and insights needed to deconstruct complex leadership scenarios they encounter daily. This event will not only address current issues in school law (facilitated by Drummond and Woodsum) but also provide a platform for APs to deconstruct and role-play complex scenarios involving parents, students, and staff (facilitated by The New Hampshire Theater Project Troop).. By enhancing their skills and strategies, attendees will be better equipped to foster effective leadership in diverse situations.
