Show Up:: Learn about the saboteurs that prevent us from being our authentic selves and learn strategies to overcome them. Attendees will be asked to take the Positive Intelligence Assessment: 9 Ways We Self-Sabotage prior to the training. Learn to show up for others as your authentic self though mental fitness.

Lead Up: Leading up is all about leading those above you, below you, and around you. Improving your communication unlocks your ability to express truth without fear and deal with challenging issues.

Level Up: When you show up as your authentic self and lead effectively, you must own the right professional learning mindset if you want to make long-term impact.
