Early-career leaders are invited to participate in a day-long interactive and energizing exploration of what it means to be a leader in today's schools. Specifically, attendees will engage in diversified activities focused on reflective practice, distributive leadership, and the power of relational trust. Small- and whole-group immersive activities will help guide early-career leaders to see the difference between managing and leading. Throughout the day, seasoned principal-mentors will offer their experience. Lunch will be provided.
